AIS - Associazione Infrastrutture Sostenibili

Institutional communication, digital content, and member engagement: a new assignment in support of AIS’s 2025–2026 strategy.

AIS – Associazione Infrastrutture Sostenibili has chosen Amapola to lead its institutional and digital communication efforts for the 2025–2026 period. Our work spans multiple areas: managing and optimizing the website, creating editorial content, designing and distributing newsletters, and running the Association’s LinkedIn profile. Amapola brings to the table deep expertise in sustainability, institutional communication, and the specific dynamics of the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) sector.

Founded in 2020, AIS is a key voice in the infrastructure space, with over 120 members—including public entities, companies, and professionals—and a well-established national presence. The Association promotes a culture of sustainability across infrastructure sectors—water, energy, ICT, waste, transport—through research, regulatory insights, events, and networking.

Integrated support for an ambitious strategy

Aligned with AIS’s strategic goals, Amapola’s consulting aims to strengthen the Association’s positioning, enhance member loyalty, expand its stakeholder network, and boost its communication impact. The planned activities include:

  • Website management: full platform administration with a dedicated editorial plan, regular publication of Position Papers, and improved content accessibility.

  • Newsletters: drafting and distributing two monthly newsletters—one for members, one for external stakeholders—focused on curated content, recurring features, and optimized layout.

  • LinkedIn management: leading the Association’s main social channel with a growth plan for followers, enhanced promotion of initiatives, and increased engagement.

Through this partnership, Amapola deepens its commitment to the sustainable infrastructure sector, contributing communication strategies in a space that increasingly values responsibility, transparency, and engagement with local communities.
