Daniela Bianchi in Amapola

We’re taking an exciting new step in our growth journey: Daniela Bianchi is joining Amapola through a strategic collaboration as senior consultant.

With extensive experience in institutions, the Third Sector, and strategic consulting, Daniela has already worked alongside us on major national infrastructure projects. In these contexts, she played a key role in strengthening dialogue between businesses, institutions, and local communities, thanks to a systemic and relationship-driven approach that emphasizes trust-building and an insightful understanding of social and political dynamics.

Her presence brings a dual boost to Amapola: on one hand, she brings valuable expertise to our “Special Projects” area, where she will contribute her deep knowledge of complex decision-making processes; on the other, she enhances our positioning in Rome and Central-Southern Italy, regions she knows well and where she has been operating for years with insight and dedication.

About Daniela

Currently serving as Secretary General of FERPI, Daniela Bianchi is a recognized expert in sustainable governance, institutional relations, and high-impact social project design. A former Regional Councillor for Lazio, she has championed innovative legislation in the fields of sustainable economic development and culture, and has led participatory processes and public debates. She has managed ESG-oriented transformation projects in the financial sector, held top leadership roles in the Third Sector, and teaches in several university Master’s programs. She is also an author.

At Amapola, she is involved in institutional intelligence and socio-territorial consulting, with a strong focus on participatory processes and sustainability initiatives.

“Collaborating with Daniela,” says Luca Valpreda, founder of Amapola, “marks a key step in establishing a solid presence in Rome that serves our growing client base in Central and Southern Italy. It’s a beautiful and challenging undertaking, and Daniela is the right person for the job, thanks to her deep expertise and broad experience. Her ability to read contexts, build connections, and activate change will be essential to our continued, rooted, and visionary growth.”

“Working with the Amapola team, I’ve come to appreciate an approach that blends technical expertise, relational capacity, and active listening—all guided by a strategic vision that goes beyond traditional consulting,” says Daniela Bianchi. “In a time when sustainability demands ever more integrated approaches and shared responsibility across all societal actors, this collaboration offers the perfect setting to develop forward-thinking initiatives and innovative solutions for a collective challenge.”
