The new 2024 Social and Sustainability Report of CSI Piemonte is now online, part of a biennial process in which we are involved, aimed at strengthening and innovating the Consortium’s reporting system. Published voluntarily since 2005, the Report represents an exercise in transparency and accountability towards stakeholders, citizens, and the territory, and today it presents an updated version, aligned with the latest European standards.

Since 1977, CSI Piemonte has been one of the leading Italian IT companies, focusing on innovation, research, and technology to promote the digital transformation of the public administration and an inclusive, sustainable digital society.
CSI is currently the technological partner of 139 entities across the entire national territory, which can rely on highly reliable infrastructures, a qualified cloud for the public administration, a regional connectivity network, internationally accredited cybersecurity solutions, and nearly 50 years of experience in creating digital services for citizens.

Inspired by ESRS, designed for all stakeholders

The project – followed by Amapola at every stage – began with a structured gap analysis and a double materiality impact analysis, conducted through a participatory workshop with CSI’s internal team. This approach allowed the identification of strategic, organizational, and communication priorities on which to base the new edition of the document.
Although the Consortium is not among the entities required by the CSRD, the 2024 Report was drafted in accordance with the ESRSEuropean Sustainability Reporting Standards, aiming to build a progressive system of alignment with European directives. A strong signal of foresight, highlighting CSI’s public role and its contribution to the innovation and sustainability of the Piedmontese territory.

The data collection and organization were carried out in close collaboration with internal representatives, following a rigorous approach aimed at creating a solid framework capable of evolving over time.

A digital, clear, and accessible report

Amapola also prepared the drafting of the texts and the graphic-visual project of the Report, with particular attention to accessibility and digital usability. Each section is accompanied by a concise, navigable index, allowing easy navigation within the document and quick access to the relevant content.
The chosen language is simple and straightforward, yet comprehensive and consistent with the informational expectations of the various stakeholders. The graphic design enhanced readability and clarity, while maintaining full consistency with the Consortium’s visual identity.

The 2024 Social and Sustainability Report is now available online and represents an important reference for those who want to learn more about CSI Piemonte’s commitment to responsible innovation.
