Two new tools to share its sustainability journey: Amapola supports the Group with reporting and editorial content

The new CSRD Directive has raised the bar for sustainability reporting—more technical, more structured, and more demanding. For Gruppo CAP, the green utility managing the integrated water system across Milan’s metropolitan area, it’s also an opportunity: a chance to keep communication open and meaningful with all its stakeholders.

To meet this challenge, CAP launched a two-track strategy: on one side, refining its 2024 Consolidated Report; on the other, creating Hey Planet, a digital magazine that brings sustainability to life beyond compliance.

Amapola has supported both initiatives, combining expertise in content, design, and sustainability storytelling.

A clearer way to report complex data

In 2025, we helped develop the 2024 Consolidated Report, which brings together CAP’s Management Report and Sustainability Statement, now aligned with ESRS standards. The new format introduces more technical content, requiring careful editing to make sure it’s both accurate and easy to follow.

We worked on both the content editing and graphic layout, keeping the visual identity consistent with the CAP brand—clean, easy to navigate, and designed to work for both technical readers and the wider public.

Hey Planet: sustainability in plain language

At the same time, CAP launched Hey Planet, a web magazine that translates ESG strategy, data, and stories into fresh, engaging editorial content. It’s a space where sustainability is accessible, up to date, and easy to explore.

Amapola handles the content, writing articles, features, and updates that simplify complex topics without losing depth. The result is a dynamic content hub that shares CAP’s journey through the ecological transition.

A reporting model built on connection

What CAP is building is more than just better reporting—it’s a new kind of relationship with people, communities, and stakeholders. By combining sustainability, institutional reporting, and digital communication, the Group is strengthening its ESG positioning and opening new channels for ongoing dialogue.
