We’re delighted to welcome Ilaria Giolo to our team. With a strong background in sustainability reporting and corporate compliance tools, Ilaria joins Amapola as Junior Sales Account, working within the team led by Elena Mancino, Partner and Commercial Director.
Her arrival strengthens our team with a fresh mix of ESG expertise — and a genuine passion for sustainability.
An academic and professional path driven by sustainability
Ilaria holds a degree in International Cooperation and a specialization in Environmental Economics and Policy, enriched by an academic experience in Germany. Over the years, she has developed a deep interest in sustainability, which quickly turned into a concrete professional commitment. Before joining Amapola, she worked as an analyst and later as a sales account for an international environmental consultancy firm.

In her new role, Ilaria will help strengthen and expand relationships with both existing and prospective clients, supporting them in adopting responsible, forward-looking ESG strategies. Her experience will be an asset to Amapola’s team and to all the organizations choosing to embrace sustainability with transparency and credibility.
