Transparency and visual identity: Amapola designs the new Sustainability Report for Servizi Italia

Giving voice to the company’s ESG commitments through clear, accessible, and stakeholder-oriented solutions.
GO TO THE PROJECT
For Servizi Italia, the Sustainability Report is a tool for transparency and dialogue. The 2024 edition, published last April, was developed with the support of Amapola, which handled the entire graphic design and the creation of related communication materials.
Servizi Italia S.p.A. is the leading operator in Italy in the field of industrial laundry services for the healthcare sector. Founded in 1986 in Castellina di Soragna (PR), it offers integrated services for the rental, washing, and sterilization of textile materials and medical devices, serving both public and private healthcare facilities in Italy and abroad (Brazil, Turkey, India, Albania).
Concrete commitments to sustainability and inclusion
For Servizi Italia, sustainability reporting is a well-established corporate process: the company has been publishing reports since 2010. The 2024 edition tells a story of tangible sustainability – from obtaining the “Made Green in Italy” certification to designing a new short-supply-chain surgical gown, as well as adopting choices aimed at circularity and reducing the use of virgin raw materials.
On the social side, highlights include generational turnover, a focus on diversity (ISO 30415 certification), and collaboration with Fondazione Libellula to combat gender-based violence.
Graphic design and communication tools
Amapola took care of the visual and graphic design of the document: from the layout grid to the overall structure, using clear, accessible solutions aligned with the company’s identity. The design draws on three visual elements – graphics, illustrations, and photography – to authentically convey ESG values, achievements, and goals. Above all, it aims to make these elements understandable and accessible to all readers.
In addition to the Report itself, the project included a PowerPoint presentation and an informative postcard containing a QR code for direct access to the Report, along with content for the corresponding web page. These materials were designed to support the dissemination of content among both internal and external stakeholders.
