Meet the CSR Leaders – The 2025 Edition is here. Once again, Meet the CSR Leaders returns to the Salone della CSR e dell’innovazione sociale (CSR and Social Innovation Fair), our project designed for students who are ready to shape their future in the world of sustainability.

A unique opportunity to meet sustainability professionals face to face, ask questions, explore career paths, and understand the challenges and skills needed in the sector. At the heart of the initiative are one-on-one conversations — honest, unfiltered, and practical.

Created by Amapola in 2022, Meet the CSR Leaders continues to grow year after year, thanks to our ongoing collaboration with the Salone della CSR e dell’innovazione sociale — and, since last year, with support from the CSRnatives network.

📍 The event takes place on October 8, 9 and 10 at Bocconi University in Milan – three days of intergenerational dialogue and future-oriented thinking.

What to expect

Each one-to-one session lasts 30 minutes and will take place during the following time slots:

  • Wednesday, October 8: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

  • Thursday, October 9: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

  • Friday, October 10: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

A growing project, shaped by its participants

After three successful editions, Meet the CSR Leaders has become a key event in the cultural program of the CSR Fair.
So far, over 150 students and 60 professionals have taken part, generating more than 30 hours of individual guidance.

In 2025, we’re also bringing back the closing panel, a public event aimed at sparking reflection on the future of sustainability careers, through diverse perspectives — academic, corporate, and generational.

Why we do it

“Meet the CSR Leaders is a bridge between those just starting out and those who have already chosen to work for a sustainable transition,” says Rossella Sobrero, member of the CSR Fair’s organizing committee.
“It fully reflects the 2025 theme – ‘Creating valuable futures’ – by encouraging open dialogue and diverse viewpoints.”

Looking ahead: the 2025 edition

This year’s Fair is titled Creating Valuable Futures – a call to action to build the conditions for a better tomorrow.
To navigate complexity, we need stronger connections between people, greater awareness of environmental and social challenges, and the courage to take the lead in shaping the future.
