Partner for Talent: Randstad Italy’s sustainable vision

Founded in 1960, Randstad is a global leader in talent and HR services. In 2024, Randstad Italia released its Integrated Report – Partner for Talent – a key tool to transparently communicate the company’s ESG achievements and future goals. At its core are the company’s commitments to training, employability, gender equality and environmental impact reduction.

Amapola supported Randstad Italia for the eighth year in a row, helping shape a report that speaks clearly and effectively to its audiences.

Our team developed both the narrative and visual structure of the report – from drafting content to layout design – fully aligned with Group guidelines. The result is an accessible and transparent document, enriched with infographics, intuitive charts and thematic highlights.

It’s a structured, inclusive account that brings Randstad’s identity and values to the fore, strengthening engagement with both internal and external stakeholders. The involvement of the management board is highlighted through quotes from key executives and links to video interviews.
